A powerful tool to help you shift your mind, body, and soul energy when you feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or weighed down by anxiety.

The Laughter program I have created uses my training in Laughter Yoga with Dr. Kataria, the founder of LY, plus my extensive training in Metaphysics, Guided Imagery, NLP, and Trauma healing.

This program has been a powerful tool in reconnecting me with my inner Sparkle and Joy. With an added bonus of reducing stress, increasing self awareness and an easy exercise program that has kept my BMI at a consistent number, Very Good, Very Good, Yay!!


There was a time when life’s challenges left me feeling drained and weighed down. Through my program, I was able to navigate those obstacles and emerge stronger, with renewed clarity, vitality, and resilience. The powerful combination of movement and laughter brought profound healing, restoring both my energy and sense of purpose.

Laughter Yoga, founded by Dr. Madan Kataria and his wife Madhuri Kataria in 1995, has since grown into a global movement. My first experience with Laughter Yoga had such a profound impact that I was inspired to train directly under Dr. Kataria, becoming a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. I then continued my training to become a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, which allows me to train and certify others as Laughter Yoga Leaders.
